This week we all made models out of junk that we bought from home. We painted them when they were finished and then had to give a talk to the class about the model that we had created. We took pictures for our R.O.A.D Folders and we also drew pictures. It was messy and fun making them. We made a big variety of creations. Some people made one and some people made two. Here are some photos.
By Megan, Lola, Alexandra, Jessica and Ana- Hera.
We are Year 2 and Year 3 children at Harewood School. We are learning how to make a blog. We are going to use this blog to share our learning. We will add our writing, our ideas and photos. We are trying to do it ourselves so sometimes there might be some spelling mistakes!! We hope you enjoy reading our blog.

Athletics Day
ATHLETICS DAY BY
LEON
Yesterday the whole Harewood school
kids did athletics . My favourite thing was sprints
and build up. Our
first thing we
did was egg on
spoon but
it turned out it was a cricket
ball on a spoon.
Then we did the three legs race.
ATHLETICS DAY BY EZEK
On Wednesday
the 23rd of October Harewood School had Athletics day. Everyone did
different things at different times. We did it for the whole day. I enjoyed
discus and the obstacle course the best. In long jump I was a hippo. And for
effort I got 30 points for all things and it equals 270 and for 1st
2nd and 3rd 80 points. There was long jump, high jump,
long distance, relays, obstacle course, sprint, shot put and discus.
ATHLETICS DAY GEORGIA
Yesterday at Harewood school it was
athletics.
I liked the sprint because there was a
wheelbarrow
race. Holly was holding me. It was very fun
and very awesome. That was the best day ever
in my life.

Sherlock Bones
Sherlock Bones is a dog and he is a detective. He helped two puppies to follow some directions that their mum had written. They were directions to find the bones that she had hidden. We have been doing lots of activities where we have to follow clues with words like north, south, east, west, left, right, clockwise and anticlockwise. We had lots of fun.
